Scumbag company! Not enough techs. Canon bought Oce and their tech were great. After buyout Canon starts getting rid of Oce techs because they were making more money and a car than replace them with young techs making lot less money. And all Original Oce customers suffer because they have no one who can fix machine properly. My Tech position was eliminated. They gave no severance no 2 week notice. Just rushed out the after knee surgery and rehab went passed the 12 week family leave act.
App always just closes and never works. might as well remove it if it's not going to function.
Never opens
I manage 30 Canon network printers and I was hoping that this app would help me. Unfortunately the app is useless as it never loads. I get the screen where I can set location permissions, another blue screen with some text then black.
Doesn't load.
